What We Do for Your Company

• For New GSA Proposals
We assist you throughout all phases of the proposal process, reviewing your work along the way, and then helping you create marketing strategies for your formal schedule roll-out.

Preparation and submission of your proposal are the most time-consuming parts of the process. We help you match your company's goals to the proposal you need and prepare a proposal that is complete, timely, accurate and properly formatted.

We work closely with your team to develop a federal pricelist that includes the appropriate level of description for each of your company's goods and services that you wish to sell to the federal government. Once we have completed your proposal and have received complete approval from your management team, we submit the required number of copies of the entire proposal to the GSA.

How Our Service Is More Company-Friendly: No Wizards
You are not on your own. You communicate with people, not with "wizards". Some GSA proposal assistance firms send you to online, electronic, automated, computerized applications into which you enter your data and that then churn out your proposal.

Some of our competitors sell you GSA "wizard" software and then allow a maximum of five hours of phone time if you have questions about completing their process. We don't do that.

While "wizards" sound clever (they work similarly to TaxCut and TurboTax), there is no substitute for having an expert write a GSA proposal by hand while in steady communication with you. The reason? A GSA proposal is not a tax return. You are not simply plugging numbers into blank cells; you are compiling and coordinating information. A GSA proposal is the result of a great deal of information exchange between you and us. You will have numerous questions about the process, exactly how to craft your information, what certain parts of a GSA RFP mean and a thousand other nuances about crafting an error-free, completely responsive proposal. An electronic wizard is no substitute for e-mail and phone calls. And, for what they charge for their wizard software and very limited phone contact, we offer unlimited, personal, professional, friendly assistance with the complete process.

There's no comparison here: For one affordable price, we assist you with everything, from selecting the correct GSA RFP through uploading your information to GSAAdvantage and post-award marketing strategies.

How Our Service Is More Company-Friendly: Unlimited Time
GSA proposal services that offer wizards limit your contact time to purchased time blocks at expensive rates. Our service offers unlimited time, so you never have to keep one eye on the clock when both eyes should concentrate on the task at hand — building a winning GSA proposal that will lead business to your door.

We satisfy all of GSA's many requirements, including:
• document structuring.
• completing all required forms.
• collecting certifications.

Our service includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• DUNS, CCR and SBA registration assistance.
• Selection of the most appropriate GSA RFP(s).
• Assistance with creation of the Open Ratings past performance client request.
• Examination of NAICS and SIN codes to select those most appropriate to your business.
• Supporting documentation collection and preparation assistance.
• Assistance with detailed wording for each section of the proposal.
• Precise guidance on English grammar, spelling, syntax use and organization of thought and structure, whose collective result is the most ideal narrative possible.

• For GSA Schedule Revisions
If you require a revision to your existing GSA schedule, we:
• Read your current contract.

• Ensure that all the documentation meets the needs of GSA's contract modification requirements.
• Make sure that all spelling, grammar, word use and thought flow are flawless.
• Develop a modification proposal that is error-free.
• Work with you when the GSA responds to your proposal.

• For GSA Proposal Reviews
Mistakes in proposals cause delays to your award. We:
• Read the RFP on which you based your proposal.
• Ensure that all the documentation meets the requirements of the RFP.
• Make sure that all spelling, grammar, word use and thought flow are flawless.
• Recommend changes based on our review.
• Review the proposal after you have made any changes.

• For Federal, State and Commercial Proposals
Once you have your GSA contract, you will respond to requests for proposal (RFPs) for paying work. Because you will compete with other companies for that work, your company's proposal must be fully responsive to the entire RFP. A winning proposal contains many factors, and we can create the most powerful and effective proposal possible to position your company for a win.

We examine the RFP in great detail, understanding exactly what the customer is seeking and why the customer needs what it wants in the RFP. We then work with your company to bring together all factors required by the RFP, factors that include administrative, technical and price information.

Remember: We've written RFPs for both federal agencies and commercial corporations, so we know what these people need, both in spirit and letter. Organization, grammar, spelling and completeness are just four of the factors that make up a winning proposal. We cover all the bases and ensure that the proposal that goes to your potential client is one that positions you for a potential win.

Pricing Schedule
We offer your company our continuing assistance, expertise, reviews and edits for one price. We don't play games about pricing. We don't make you complete an online application and then pester you endlessly. One price...no hidden costs...that's it.

For New GSA Proposals
The price for the entire service set is just $2,995 or $3,995, depending on schedule class. Unlike many other GSA proposal preparation services, we do not require that you sign a contract that obligates you to pay us a percentage of your government sales. We require a 50% down payment when you sign the contract for our services. We then collect the final 50% when we send your proposal to the GSA. That's it. Contact us today.

Multiple Schedule Rates: If you contract with us to prepare more than one GSA proposal within the same agreement, the fee for additional proposals is $2,495 per proposal after the first proposal at the rates set forth above. That's a discount of $500 per additional proposal when included under the same contract as the first proposal.

For GSA Proposal Reviews
Mistakes in proposals cause delays to your award. They are also frustrating and can be avoided. If you have completed a GSA proposal, you need an experienced set of eyes to ensure that your document set is completely free of such mistakes as incorrect selections on forms, missing or inconsistent information, spelling and grammar problems and a host of other ills that can delay your award for months. Our fixed price for a thorough, word by word review of your completed proposal is $500.00. Contact us today.
